ABOUT THE PRESENTER:

Michele has represented entrepreneurs, creators and makers for more than 30 years, helping them launch and expand their business, develop and monetize their intellectual property and protect their endeavors, as well as providing data privacy and security guidance. 

In her career, Michele has worked with such major brands and companies as the Muppets, Cinedigm Entertainment, Crayola, Hasbro, Samsung, Sony, The Saturday Evening Post, and many others. In 2013 Michele served as the WWE’s first head of Children’s Entertainment, where she developed a cohesive brand across multiple global business units, launched a series of manga titles, and produced an animated series with Robot Chicken and Mattel. After leaving the WWE, Michele launched Martell Media House in Austin, Texas.

Michele is the Programming Chair for Women in Toys, Entertainment & Licensing, the Vice-Chair of the Entertainment and Sports Law section of the Austin Bar Association, and Co-Chair of the Austin Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
